Unless you're an 18th century orphan, have been disowned, or are doing Xmas with 'the other half' this year, most of us will be at home for the holidays. While Christmas is essentially a time for family and "sharing the love", we all know this time of year can be a breeding ground for stress, awkward family politics, anger, and - sometimes - tears.
